壳聚糖及其水溶性衍生物的制备与性能评价 被引量:1

摘要 制备了羧甲基化壳聚糖(CMCTS)、琥珀酰化壳聚糖(SU-CTS)及羟丙基化壳聚糖(HP-CTS),通过FTIR表征了各化合物的化学结构,测试分析其分子量、取代度、吸湿保湿性能、增稠性等物理化学性质.以大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌为受试菌种,比较了壳聚糖及各类衍生物的抑菌性能.结果表明,与CTS相比各衍生物的抑菌性有不同程度的提高,其中CMCTS和SU-CTS具有相对较高的抑菌性,HP-CTS具有较好的吸湿能力和保湿效果;而增稠能力与壳聚糖及其衍生物的化学组成和分子量有密切的关系. The carboxymethylation of chitosan(CMCTS), succinication of Chitosan(SU-CTS) and hydroxypropylation of chitosan (HP-CTS) were prepared. The structures of these materials were characterized by the FTIR. Their physico-chemical properties including the molecular weight, substitution, hygroscopicity and consistency were determined. Employed the Staphylococcus aureus and E. coli as testee, the CTS and their derivatives were respectively used to compare antibiotic activity. The result indicated that comparison with CTS, their derivatives antibacterial capability was enhanced, in which the CMCTS and SU-CTS have the higher antibacterial capability. The HP-CTS had the best capability in moisture absorption-retention activity. The ability in enhancing the consistency was related to the chemical composition and molecular weight of CTS and chitosan derivatives.
