摘要
采用定性分析与定量分析相结合的办法对投资于写字楼进行了决策分析,以期达到投资房地产业的科学化和规范化。
This paper makes the analysis on the decision of investing office building with the combination of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis in order to reach the scientification and standardization of investing the real estate.
