建设和谐世界是继走和平发展道路之后,中国在国际上提出的一个重要理念。胡锦涛等国家领导人在有关讲话中多次阐释了和谐世界理念的内涵,和谐世界理念建立在对国际形势深刻分析和认识的基础上,同时体现了内政和外交的相互关联。和谐世界理念立足自身、关照全球,承接传统和现代,对于化解国际矛盾、提高中国的综合实力具有重大意义。和谐世界是中国外交理论上的又一次与时俱进,体现出了新时期中国外交的新理念。

After the concept of following a path of peaceful development,to build a harmonious world is another important concept raised by China in the international community.Hu Jintao and the other state leaders of China explained repeatedly the concept of a harmonious world in relevant speeches.The concept is based on the profound analysis as well as understanding of current international situation,and reflects the interrelation between the internal and foreign affairs.Relying on China itself,caring for the whole world and linking past to present,the concept of a harmonious society is of great significance in defusing international conflicts and enhancing China's comprehensive national strength.It is another progress with the times in the theory of China's diplomacy and reflects the new idea of China's diplomacy in the new period
