在国际、国内文物非法市场购买力强劲、文物保护存在各种漏洞的影响下,山西省文物犯罪活动呈现屡打不绝、屡禁不止的态势。公安机关要充分发挥其职能作用,建立打击文物犯罪的长效机制,严格落实文物案件一案一报制度,加大追逃工作力度,树立协作意识,形成打击文物犯罪斗争的合力。
Affected by strong purchasing power of international and domestic illegal heritage market and kinds of loopholes of heritage protection, crime relics in our province has increased greatly despite repeated prohibition. Police organs should play its role of function,build system with long effectiveness of attacking crime relics,carry out the system of reporting every crime relics case,intensify the efforts on pursuing fugitives, set up collaboration awareness and form the integration power to attack crime relics.
