摘要
分析了湖北省当前棉花品种现状和棉花抗病育种存在的问题,指出棉花枯黄萎病是湖北省当前棉花生产安全的主要隐患之一;提出了加强对湖北棉花枯黄萎病病源菌的系统研究、完善抗病鉴定体系、改进常规抗病育种体系、加强常规技术与分子技术相结合等对策和建议。
The present situation of the cotton breeds and the problems of the cotton disease-resistance breeding in Hubei province was analyzed in this paper. Fusarium wilt and verticillium wilt are the hidden troubles which affected the safety of cotton production. Some countermeasures and suggestions were put forward such as strengthening the systematic research of fusarium wilt and verticillium wilt,inproving the system of disease-resistance appraising, and the conventional breeding system of disease-resistance,Strengthening the combination between routine technology and molecular technology.
