席夫碱合钼配合物作用大肠杆菌的微量热研究

摘要 用LKB-2277生物活性检测系统测定了两种席夫碱合钼(VI)配合物[MoO2(STZ)2]和[MoO2(VTZ)2]在37℃时对大肠杆菌作用的产热曲线;根据产热曲线求算了在席夫碱合钼(VI)配合物作用下,大肠杆菌生长代谢的速率常数k,抑制率I,传代时间G和半抑制浓度IC50等热力学参数。结果表明,席夫碱合钼(VI)配合物对大肠杆菌有抑制作用,[MoO2(STZ)2](IC50=72.22 mg·L-1)对大肠杆菌的抑制作用优于[MoO2(VTZ)2](IC50=143.57mg·L-1)。 The bio-thermo-chemical characteristics of the actions of two kinds of schiff bases Mo(VI)Complexes [MoO2(STZ)2] and [MoO2 (VTZ)2] on growth metabolism of Escherichia coil were studied by means of a LKB-2277 bioactivity monitor at 37℃. The growth rate constant, k;inhibitive ratio 1(%) and half inhibition concentration IC50 (mg·L^-1),respectively,had been obtained. The experimental results showed that the schiff base Mo (VI)complexes possessed the anti-bacterium activities. Inhibitory action of [MoO2(STZ)2] (IC50=72.22 mg·L^-1) was stronger than that of [MoO2(VTZ)2](IC50=143.57mg·L^-1).
