摘要
试验研究了激素种类、处理浓度对红蕾雪球荚蒾嫩枝插穗生根的影响。结果表明,插条最适激素为IBA。综合各项生根指标,其中浓度为150 mg·L-1 IBA处理下,生根效果为最佳,而且在0～150 mg·L-1范围之间,生根效果指数与浓度呈正相关。
The influence of different growth regulators and concentration on softwood cutting propagation of Viburnum x carlcephalum was studied. The results showed that the optimal regulator for softwood-cuttings was IBA. According to each rooting index, the root system was the best under the concentration of 150mg·L^-1 IBA, and the rooting effect was positive correlated with the concentration of 0-150 mg·L^-1.
