姜黄素及其衍生物的杀螨活性测定

摘要 对姜黄素及其姜黄素缩二(2,4-二硝基苯肼)衍生物的杀螨活性测定结果表明,前者对朱砂叶螨的生物活性大于后者处理,24 h姜黄素及其衍生物的LC50分别为1.251 7 mg·mL-1和31.240 1 mg·mL-1,48h分别为0.654 0 mg·mL-1和6.104 6 mg·mL-1。 The paper evaluated the bioactivity of the curcumin analogue against Tetranychus cinnabrinus, in comparison with the precursor curcumin,The result indicated that the effect of the analogue excelled curcumin distinctly. Their LC50 were 1.251 7 mg·mL^-1 and 31.240 1 mg·mL^-1 respectively under 24 h, and 0.654 0 mg·mL^-1 and 6.104 6 mg·mL^-1 under 48 h.
