摘要
文章回顾了宝钢建立自主创新体系的历程和辉煌成果,指出,没有一流的产学研合作,就没有一流的技术创新体系,也就没有能在国际竞争中叱咤风云、稳操胜券的一流企业。文章认为,实现科技创新,首先,要加强多方合作,尤其是科学家与工程师的合作;其二,要致力于提升企业的技术整合能力;其三,要改革工科学生的培养模式。在此基础上,文章提出了"先期介入式"工程教育的主张,建议培养"高工级教授",并强化企业对工程教育的参与度。最后,文章介绍了宝钢面向2020年的新一轮技术创新的战略目标,并将为此而大力加强产学研合作。
The article reviewed the experience and the magnificent achievement of establishing the independent innovation system of Baoshan Steel Corporation and pointed out, without the first-class cooperation of producing, study and research, there were no first-class technical innovation system and the first-class enterprise which in the international competition earthshaking, was sure of success. The article believed that, the realization of science and technology innovation must strengthen cooperation in every way, in particular scientist and engineer＇s cooperation; Second, we must devote to enterprise＇s technical conformity ability; Third, reform the cultivation pattern of engineering course students. In this foundation, the article proposed ＂Ahead of Time Intervention＂ engineering education and cuhivation of ＂Professor with Senior Titles＂, and strengthened enterprise＇s participation in engineering education. Finally, the article introduced the technical innovation strategic target of Baoshan Steel Corporation facing 2020.
