本文从系统对比海峡两岸关于教师申诉制度的立法差异入手,归结出大陆立法存在配套法规不全、组织架构缺失、程序运转不畅、申诉后救济程序衔接不畅等缺陷。进而在借鉴台湾地区立法的基础上,对大陆教师申诉制度的改进路径进行设计。
