摘要
本文从系统对比海峡两岸关于教师申诉制度的立法差异入手,归结出大陆立法存在配套法规不全、组织架构缺失、程序运转不畅、申诉后救济程序衔接不畅等缺陷。进而在借鉴台湾地区立法的基础上,对大陆教师申诉制度的改进路径进行设计。
Based on the comparative research of teacher appeal institution out that teacher appeal institution of Backland has limitation, which between Taiwan and Backland, the paper points includes lack of correlative legislation, absence of organization, procedure operate demode. In order to use institution of Taiwan for reference, the paper describes the legislative consummate route of teacher appeal institution of Backland.
