营造一种人人重视安全、人人注意安全，人人关心安全、人人享有安全的平安、和谐、稳定的高校校园环境。要创造这样一种环境仅靠学校党委重视是不行的，仅靠保卫处一班人的工作是不够的，还需要大家共同来做，齐抓共管，人人参与，需要动员广大师生员工一齐参预到安全工作中来，每一位同学、每一位教师、每一位职工都要发挥作用。

To build one kind of everybody to take the security, everybody pays attention to the security, everybody cared about the security, everybody enjoy safely is safe, harmoniously, the stable universities campus environment. Must create this kind of kind of environment to depend on the school party committee to take is only not good, depends o.n a security office colleague＇s work is only insufficient, but also needs everybody to do together, grasps jointly and manage concertedly, everybody participation, needs to mobilize the general teachers and students staff to participate in in once the trouble--free service, each schoolmate, each teacher, each staff all must play the role.
