在社会主义市场经济运行中,不让劣币畅行,必须用法律法规规范和引导市场,为诚信创造良好的环境;必须建立健全监管机制,为诚实守信提供保障;必须建立健全社会信用评价体系,加强信用道德建设,使诚实守信为荣、见利忘义为耻的社会主义荣辱观成为社会主导的价值观。

In the operation of the socialist marketing economy, it is supposed to regulate and guide market legally to prevent the circulation of the counterfeit money to create a good circumstance of honesty. Moreover, the good and sound monitoring mechanism must be built to safeguard the good value, and the credit assessment system be promoted to strengthen the morality and credibility with the purpose to make the socialist concept of honor and disgrace the main value of the society.
