摘要
根据无铰泵缸体独特的转动规律,利用UGNX软件所提供的表达式、规律曲线和优化等功能,再现了缸体转动之变化规律,并实现了相关曲线的绘制和极值的优化求解。这一过程是参数化的、自动化的和集成化的,非常方便于设计的系列化,最后实例说明了上述实现的正确性。
Based on the special running rule consisted in rotor of non-gemel pump, with integrative expression function and regular curve and optimizing module provided by UGNX software, the real running rule consisted in rotor of non-gemel pump is reappeared, and automatically plotting the rule curves on monitor running and figuring out all extremum by optimizing module at same time are realized, it was all-parameterized and all-automatic and integrative that product design for series was changed into easiness correspondingly. Finally an example validated the correctness of all above-mentioned description.
