摘要
推导了内齿轮为直线齿廓的内齿轮副中共轭外齿轮的齿廓曲线方程,提出了该齿轮副几何尺寸计算主要关系式,讨论了内齿齿形半角的取值极限,并通过基于Pro/e的三维模型进行了运动仿真,结果显示本文设计出的齿轮副其啮合连续平稳无干涉。
The equation of a curve of conjugate external gear tooth profile is derived for linear internal gearing. The geometry size of a gearing is determined by the general formulae and the maximum of profile's half angle γ is put forward. Based on 3-D mode of Pro/E, the movement simulation of the gearing is carried on, it is shown that the gearing meshing is continuous and noninterference.
