实现连续轨迹的曲柄滑块机构的尺度优化

摘要 实现连续轨迹的曲柄滑块机构,存在着6个变量。本文以滑块导路的倾角误差为目标函数,建立优化模型,以改进的遗传算法为优化方法,优化出能实现连续轨迹的曲柄滑块机构各变量的值。以VC为平台,设计出一套曲柄滑块轨迹仿真的方案,为验证优化结果起到了重要的作用,并为今后其它机构的轨迹仿真提供了条件。 The crank-slider which reappears continuous path has six variables. An optimal synthesis model based on the angle error of guide passage of crank-slider is set up. These variable values of the crank-slider reappearing continuous path are obtained by genetic algorithm which can get the global optimal results easily in the feasible region. A scheme of path simulation of crank-slider is proposed based on the VC++, which plays an important role in checking the optimal results and providing properties for path simulation of other mechanisms. The example's account proved that this method is useful and doable.
