摘要
建立零件的三维模型是CAD/CAM的重要内容之一,是实现装配设计、复杂零件设计、外观设计、有限元分析等必不可少的环节;三维模型的机械零件加工运动仿真,可真实、直观地再现复杂的加工过程,便于设计人员有所发现和创新。本文结合相关课题的研究和开发,利用ActiveX Automation编程接口,在AutoCAD2006环境下用VB编程进行二次开发,实现直廓环面蜗轮的参数化三维建模和加工运动仿真。
Establishing the three-dimensional model of mechanical part is one of crucial steps in CAD/CAM system and is the essential link to realize assembly design, complex mechanical part design, and appearance design; The mechanical part processing simulation reappears directly the effect of various complex processing and is convenient for designer to discover and create. With VB and technology of ActiveX Automation, the modeling and processing simulation of the hindley Worm are realized in AutoCAD environment.
