新型凸轮减速器中凸轮曲线解析计算的研究

摘要 新型凸轮减速器,以其独特的优越性,广泛应用于石油机械、矿山机械、农业机械等低速重载的场合。利用复极函数方法对凸轮轮廓曲线进行设计,首先建立坐标系,并根据凸轮的轮廓共轭曲线啮合关系,建立主动凸轮曲线解析方程,为进行优化设计,计算机辅助制造打下了一定的基础。 A new type cam reducer,which has unique superiority,can be widely used in the low speed and heavy load field such as in the petroleum machinery,the metallurgy machinery,the farm machinery and so on.The cam contour curve can be designed by hypermetamorphic function,by establishing rectangular coordinates,and according to meshing relations of the cam conjugate curves,the mathematic model of the cam outline curves had been set up.The model is a foundation for the optimization design and computer aided manufacture.
