摘要
对不同种类的螺旋压力机的传动及其数控机理进行了比较研究。在总结螺旋压力机进展的基础上,对摩擦式、液压式、离合器式、伺服式的传动特点进行了研究,分析了这几种螺旋压力机打击能量的数控方法,介绍了新出现的开关磁阻调速式螺旋压力机,提出可采用皮带、齿轮或直接驱动的传动设计,借助电机本身的频繁起停和正反转功能,通过对电机的电流实施斩波值限定,数字化控制电机转速,从而数控打击能量。指出开关磁阻调速式螺旋压力机结构简单、节能高效,具有广阔的应用前景。
The mechanism of drive and numeric control of various kind of screw presses are studied.On base of summarizing the progress of screw presses,the drive characteristic of screw presses with friction driving,hydraulic presses driling,clutch dirving or servo dinring are studied,and the numeric antol method of the forging engery for these screw presses is analyzied.The new kind of screw presses drive with variable speed switched reluctance motor system is introduced.A method to contol forging energy by numeric is given,that is by the belt transmission,the gear drive or the direct motor drive and by ussing the function of high start-stop frequeary and positive-negative rotation with chopped current controlling and numeric controlling of motor rotational speed.The collusion is that screw spresses drive by variable speed switched reluctance is simple in structione and effective in energy sowing and will be widely used in mannfacturing production.
