Technique Innovation of the Small Business Enterprise in the District——Measuring and Analysis according to Hunan

在构建区域中小企业技术创新测度指标体系的基础上,运用数学模型对湖南各市州中小企业技术创新进行了测度。在此基础上,提出了提高湖南区域中小企业技术创新水平的整体思路。

On the basis of setting up the index system about measuring the technique innovation of the small business enterprise in the district, mathematics model is carried on measuring the technique innovation of the small business enterprise in each city of Hunan province. On this foundation the whole way how to improve technique creative level of the small business enterprise in the district in Hunan is put forward.
