摘要 采用由单片机、微弱信号放大电路、A/D转换电路、通信电路、显示电路、看门狗监控电路的组合技术,研制了一种新型测CH4体积分数的光纤传感器系统。该系统实现了对CH4体积分数的检测和显示,检测的灵敏度为1 460 ppm/m(1 ppm=10-6),同时可进行声、光报警,具有通信功能。同时测试了该系统的温度特性和湿度特性。实验表明:该传感器具有良好的反应曲线,温度系数为0.8%/℃,其稳定性和灵敏性都大大提高。在煤矿瓦斯监测、大气环保监测、天然气泄漏监测等方面都具有广泛的应用前景。 A novel fiber-optic sensor was developed by using the combination of CPU, faint signal amplify circuit, A/D transform circuit, communication circuit, display circuit, watch dog monitoring circuit, etc. The concentration of methane can be monitored and displayed on the screen. A sensitivity of 1 460 ppm/m has been achieved with this instrument. It also has the function of the sounding the alarm bell and communication. The characteristic of temperature and humility was got. The experiment showed that the sensor had perfect responses curve responses, and the temperature coefficient is 0.8 %/℃, the stability and the sensitivity of the sensor have been greatly improved. It is possessed of wide application in the areas of monitoring of coal mine gas, atmosphere environment,leakage of natural gas.
