Three Parameters Grouting Automatic Recorder

介绍了研制的LJ型三参数灌浆自动记录仪,仪器运用传感器技术、电子技术与微机技术对灌浆过程中的压力、流量和水灰比3个关键技术参数进行了动态检测,设计了传感器与主机的接口,研制了数据转存器与灌浆资料管理软件。实验结果表明:该仪器具有稳定性好、精度和灵敏度高、响应速度快等特点,在高温、潮湿、高灰尘的恶劣施工现场能正常工作。

three parameters grouting automatic recorder was introduced, pressure, flow and water cement ratio was dynamically measured by this instrument with sensor technology , electron technology and PC technology, the interface between the sensors and the host computer was designed, the data memory board and grouting management software was studied. Experiment results showed that the device has the characteristics of good stability, high precision and sensitivity, quick response and so on, and it can work normally under high temperature, damp and dust environment.
