摘要 以MC68HC908系列微控制器和无线射频收发芯片为核心,设计了由安装于轮胎内的下位机模块和安置在驾驶室内的上位机模块组成的轮胎气压在线监测系统。给出了轮胎压力监测系统的总体结构,并从硬件和软件两方面描述了系统的设计及实现方法。该系统软、硬件结合可以实现数据测量、模拟/数字转换、无线传输控制、预警门限的温度补偿和系统状态监控等功能,从而为系统安全运行与维护提供了有效保障。 A design and completion of vehicle tyre pressure monitoring system (TPMS) which is based on MC68HC908 series microcontrollers and wireless radio frequency transmitter/receiver was introduced. According to system capabihty achieved practically, the system consists of two parts: the slave computer module inside the automobile tyre and the host computer module in the cab. The whole structure of the TPMS was given, and also, the design and realization method were described from the hardware and the software. On the combination of hardware and software, the functions of data measuring, analog signals to digital signals conversion, wireless transmission controlling, temperature compensation to tyre pressure early-warning threshold, system status monitoring, and so on can be realized. So, it can provide effective assurance to safety and maintenance for TPMS.
