摘要
以高速低粗糙度外圆切入磨削表面波纹度为研究对象,研究在低粗糙度磨削条件下,砂轮转达和工件转达对磨削表面波纹度的影响。在试验研究的基础上,对磨削表面波纹度的成因及机理进行分析和讨论。
This paper is to deal with someproblems of workpiece surface waviness duringthe cylindrical plunge grinding of high speed andlow surface roughness. Especially, the effect ofworkpiece speed and wheel speed on ground sur-face waviness has been investigeted. On the basisof test results, the formation mechanism of sur-face waviness has also been discussed.
