摘要
进度、费用和质量为工程项目的3大主要控制目标,工程项目多目标优化就是要尽可能实现3大目标的和谐统一。利用多目标优化理论建立了面向工程项目的多目标优化模型,给出了利用向量评价遗传算法对工程项目多目标优化问题的求解设计思路,阐述了算法的实现流程,并通过实例验证了该模型有效解决工程项目多目标优化的可行性。
Time, cost and quality are the three major control items for project management. The best solution for a multi-objective project is to achieve the harmonious unification of these three items as much as possible. A multi-objective optimal model is set up for project with multi-objective optimization theory. The steps of VEGA are given and an example was introduced, which indicates that VEGA can efficiently solve multiple-objective project optimization problems.
