湖北省襄樊市城镇中学体育管理工作调查分析

A Diagnosis of P.E. Management Based on Some Middle Schools in Xiangfan

根据学校体育管理理论,对襄樊市城镇中学体育工作的组织、教学过程、教师队伍、课外体育活动、课余体育训练、课余体育竞赛、体质健康测试、场地器材、体育科研9个方面的管理工作进行调查.分析的结果表明:襄樊市城镇中学领导对体育工作不够重视,业务管理水平较低;体育教学随意;教师结构不够合理;课外体育仅突出一操,流于形式;课余训练不够科学,课余运动竞赛参赛率低;体质健康测试可有可无;场地器材缺乏;体育科研薄弱.

According to some principles of P.E. management theory of middle schools locating in cities, villages and towns of Xiangfan, the organization, teaching process, teachers, P.E. activities after school, P.E. training after school, tests for constitution health, ground and equipment and P.E. scientific research are surveyed in this paper. The findings show that the leaders of some middle schools in Xiangfan don＇t attach much importance to P.E. teaching, and their management level is relatively low; P.E. teaching is performed according to wishes; The structure of teachers is unreasonable; P.E. after school is a pro forma education, merely gymnastics standing out; Training after school is unscientific; The rate of P.E. competition after school is low; Tests for constitution health are not essential; Ground and equipment are lacking and P.E. scientific research is weak.
