摘要
半导体照明产业是颇具代表性的新兴高新技术产业,具有节能环保和寿命长等优点,现已广泛应用于各种照明领域[1,2]。本文在介绍半导体照明原理与特点的基础上,论述了国内,尤其是厦门地区半导体照明产业的发展情况,并对其发展趋势进行了分析。
Semiconductor lighting, one of the hi-tech and rising industries, is provided with the virtues of saving energy, long lifetime, etc. It has been used widely in lighting fields. The principle and characteristics of semiconductor lighting are introduced, especially the current status of semiconductor lighting in Xiamen. The developing trend of semiconductor lighting is referred to in the end of this paper.
