摘要 隔河岩电站机电设备是利用加拿大政府混合贷款配套引进的,一次投产获得成功。全电站4台300MW 机组,从1993年6月4日先后投入华中电网运行,迄今尚无大修记录。湖北省利用这笔加拿大贷款,促进了工程早日开工,争取按新电新价的原则,取得比较合理的电价和售电协议,获得了较好的经济效益,并为清江流域水电滚动开发打下了坚实的基础。1995年11月,对已运行了2年半的电站工程进行了回访。水电机组在初期运行期间所经受的考验,对设计工作过程中有争议的问题也是一次初步考核。 The mechanical and electric equipments of Geheyan power station were imported in complete set with Cana- dian government loan and met with success in their first operation.The power station has four 300 MW units.Major overhaul was not made for any of the units since they were put into operation in succession after June 4,1993.Using the loan,the Hubei provincial government promoted the early start of the project construction.According to the principle of new electricity price for new powerplant,the powerplant has reached reasonable electricity price and electricity sales agreement,as well as better economic benefit.This has established a sound base for continuous water power development of Qingjiang river.In November 1995,the designers paid a return visit to the project.The test underwent by the units in their initial operation stage is a preliminary check to the disputed issues during the design stage.
