摘要
应用能值分析理论,通过计算、对比江苏省1996—2005年耕地生态经济系统能值评价指标,分析了江苏省耕地生态经济系统的能值投入产出结构及发展变化情况。结果表明,在研究时段内江苏省耕地利用系统处于弱可持续发展阶段,且由于经济反馈能值投入比例失调、"重产出,轻保护"、耕地利用环境污染加重、耕地数量减少质量降低、耕地生态系统抵御自然灾害能力较弱等,其可持续性有减弱趋势。为促进江苏省耕地的可持续利用,应从调整耕地能值投入结构、加大农业科技及基础设施投入、治理工农业污染以及严格耕地保护政策等方面入手。
Based on the theory of emergy,this paper studies the emergy input and output of cultivated lands eco-economic system in Jiangsu Province from 1996 to 2005 ,and analyzes the development status of the system through calculating and comparing the indices. It shows that the cultivated lands eco-economic system is on the faintish step of sustainability,and the sustainability is becoming weaker because of the reasons as follows:the proportion of economic feed-back emergy is maladjusted,the output is thought much of while the input is ignored,the cultivated lands' environment is polluted heavily, the quantity and quality of cultivated lands is reduced,and the cultivated lands eco-economic system is usually affected by the natural disaster.In order to strengthen the sustainability of the cultivated lands,it proposes that the emergy-input structure should be adjusted,the input on agricultural technology and infrastructure should be increased,the pollution should be controlled and the policy to protect cultivated lands should be stricter.
