摘要 金属基复合材料的发展非常迅速,应用越来越广泛,是一类重要的材料。为了制造实用的零组件,需要对金属基复合材料进行二次成型加工。介绍了目前金属基复合材料二次成型加工方法选择的原则,重点综述了二次成型加工的方法,包括铸造成型法、挤压模锻塑性成型法、粉末冶金法、机械加工法、电切割法、高能光束及液流切割法、焊接法等方法,概述了每种方法的加工过程、在加工中存在的问题及解决措施,列举了典型加工工艺的优点及应用状况。最后对金属基复合材料的二次成型加工工艺的发展作了展望。 Metal matrix composites is a kind of rapidly developing and widely used important materials. It is needed do postforming process for manufacturing applied parts. Some principles of choice process methods for metal matrix composites are introduced. Some methods, such as casting, extrusion mould forging, powder metallurgy, machine process, electricity incision, high energy beam of light and liquid incision, jointing, are reviewed in this paper. The forming technologies, the main questions that exit in forming technologies and the solutions are summarized. The virtues and applied ranges of typical process technologies are enumerated. Finally the trends of post - forming process of metal matrix composites are indicated.
