摘要 采用多因素正交试验法,在五轴高速数控加工中心上,进行了高速铣削1Cr18Ni9不锈钢的试验。基于概率统计和回归分析原理,对回归方程进行了显著性检验,并建立了1Cr18Ni9不锈钢的切削力经验模型。通过分析正交试验直观图,研究了切削参数对切削力的影响。 The empirical model for the prediction of milling forces in high speed end milling of 1Cr18Ni9 corrosion resistant steel is developed. The data for establishing the model are from high-speed end milling experiments conducted on a 5-axis digital control machining center according to the principles of DOE (design of experiments) method. The influences of milling parameters on milling forces are investigated by analyzing the experimental curves.
