摘要
轴类零部件检测仪用于轴的径向、轴向等尺寸的高精度测量,精密头架起着支承和传动的作用,其设计质量直接影响整个仪器的测量精度。本文从回转精度、灵敏度以及平稳性等方面对头架提出设计要求,并对伺服电机的驱动力矩进行详细计算,运用有限元法(FEM)对精密头架的刚度进行仿真分析,确保其变形在允许的范围之内。
The measuring device for shafts is used to the high precision measurement of radial and axial dimensions of shafts, a precise lathe-head acts as support and transmission of motion, its quality of design has a direct influence upon precision of the device. In this essay, the lathe-head is designed in its rotating precision, sensitivity and steady, driving moment of a servo motor is calculated in detail and finite dement method (FEM) is applied to analyse the rigidity of the lathe-head, in order to make its deformation into the limit of permit.
