结核病患者服刑期间用药依从性调查分析

Investigation on Medication Compliance of Tuberculosis Prisoner

目的探讨结核病患者服刑期间用药依从性情况,分析其原因并提出对策。方法采用自行设计的问卷对60例服刑期间的结核病患者进行调查。结果60例中26例用药不依从,占43.3%;其中,服刑期越长者其用药依从性越差;对药物不良反应及其危害的过分担心、对治疗结核病相关知识的错误认知以及服刑过程中的投机行为为用药依从性差的主要原因。结论结核病患者服刑期间用药依从性差,加强用药督导和心理干预、采取有针对性的健康教育和加强法制教育可望提高服刑结核病患者用药依从性。

Objective To explore the medication compliance of tuberculosis （TB） prisoner. Methods Sixty TB prisoners were investigated by using a self-designed questionnaire. Results Twenty-six（43.3%） TB prisoners showed poor compliance with medication. The longer the prisoners were held captive, the poorer compliance with medication they would have. The major causes of poor compliance were excessive worry about the side effects and toxicity of the medication, myth about treatment, and speculative behaviors. Conclusion Medication compliance of TB prisoners is poor, which should be improved by medication surveillance, psychological interventions, and individualized health education.
