邵阳热电厂锅炉除尘系统的改造及干灰收集

摘要 邵阳热电厂建于上世纪八十年代,采用12MW的背压式汽轮机,配110t/h的煤粉锅炉,除尘采用老式水膜除尘器,设计除尘效率在90%左右,经多年运行除尘效率有所下降.且热电厂建在市热负荷区域,离市区近.除尘效率低,影响市区环境.由于热电厂规模小,效益一般,无力将水膜除尘器改造为效率高的电除尘器.本文分析了邵阳市热电厂提高除尘效率的办法.利用干灰收集系统,实现对干灰的收集,并为水泥厂所利用. Shaoyang Thermal Power Plant was built in the 80s of the last century. Steam turbines of 12MW and coal dust boilers of 110t/h are employed in these plants.The old-style water film dust removers are adopted to remove dust with the efficiency at 90%, which is gradually decreasing as time goes.And the plant is located in the city's thermal load areas, leading to low .dust-removing efficiency and environmental pollution. However, it hasn't the ability to greatly reform the dust removal equipment for it is of small size and with low profit. In this paper was introduced a method to improve dust removal efficiency and realize the comprehensive application of dry ash in cement plants by using a dry ash collecting system.
