摘要
白屈菜碱在室内与敌百虫、氧化乐果混用防治棉铃虫均表现出较高的活性.敌百虫,氧化乐果在室内条件下单独作用于棉铃虫时,其LD50分别为0.02181mg/头和0.00823mg/头;白屈菜碱单独作用于棉铃虫时效果不明显,按白屈菜碱:90%敌百虫,白屈菜碱:40%氧化乐果乳油,5:1混配均表现明显的增效作用,毒力指数分别卫2.142和2.888.生测表明,白屈菜碱具有作为一种高效植物源增效剂的潜力.
Chelidonine is active in killing indoor helicoverpa mxnigera larva when mixed in a certain proprotion with dipterex and dimethoxide. Dipterex's LDs0 is only 0.0218mg perpest when it is used alone, while Dimethoxide's is only 0.00823mg. As for chelidonine alone, it shows little effect. But-when Chelidonine is nixed with 90% dpterex and 40%Dimethoxide to LD50 is 2.142 and 2.888. Experiments show that chelidonine is effective as a potential synergy.
