游泳意外溺水事故原因探析

Investigation and Analysis to the drowned event on Primary and Middle School Students in Hainan Province

本文采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、实地调查法、数理统计法对海南省中小学生溺水死亡事故进行分析,结果表明:海南省中小学生溺水事件死亡人数呈逐年上升趋势,且男生发生率高于女生,是伤害事故的高发人群;没有参加游泳活动的人数占绝大数;不掌握游泳技能的百分率明显偏高;溺水身亡事件发生时,家长和老师并不在身边,延误了最佳营救时间;场地严重不符合要求;中小学生认为学校、家庭、社会对游泳安全的教育力度是不够的;中小学生十分渴望学习游泳;绝大部分中小学校没有开设游泳课,导致大部分学生不会游泳.针对这些问题并结合海南省的实际情况,提出相应的建议与对策.

This paper makes full investigation and analysis to the drowned events on primary and middle school students in Hainan province based on literature documentation search, survey, on-site investigation and data statistic and so on methods. The results shows that the number of the victims in drowned events on primary and middle school students in Hainan province is increasing. and the occurrence rate of boys is higher than girls; most of victims have never joined swimming activities; higher percentage of occur- rence is that victims are lack of swimming skills; some accidence is caused by delayed rescue time, as parents and teacher are not beside when it is happening; the swimming place is not conform to standard requirement; primary and middle school students think that they din＇t learn enough knowledge about swimming security from schools, parents, or society; primary and middle school students are eager to learn swimming; most of the school have not opened the swimming course, thus most of the students cannot swim. This article lists out relevant suggestion and strategy according to the above problems and practical situation in Hainan province.
