The Study on the Present Situation and development Strategy of Chinese Sports Broker Business

我国体育经纪业的发展经历了孕育诞生、探索发展、规范完善三个阶段,具有半职业化、规模小、经营范围窄和发展不平衡的特点.存在着体育市场资源开放不活、缺乏立法、从业人员素质低和无违规救济措施等问题.提出了建立与健全体育经纪业法律法规,理顺管理体系、实行分级管理和提升体育经纪人整体素质的对策.

The Chinese sports brokers business has experienced three stages： appearing, developing and being up to the standards. It has the characters of semi-professional, small-scaled and unbalanced.Tbere are some eypical problems in this, business like lacking opening policy to the sports resources, lacking proper legislation, the poor quality of the staff, lacking the succor systerm for the sports men when the brokers violate the rules. This paper proposed the ways to change the present situation which include establishing and perfecting the legislation, running the management systerm well and improving the qualities of the staff in the sports brokers business.
