摘要
阐述了APS(advanced planning system)高级计划排程系统的概念、功能及其在生产调度中的巨大潜力:讨论了APS的3种建模方法——基于模拟仿真、基于数学方法和基于约束理论的APS建模;提出了基于瓶颈约束的APS算法,该算法以瓶颈资源为控制点,通过瓶颈资源订单排序、前推排序和后推排序3个步骤来实现对生产计划的排程;用实例说明了该算法的可行性与实用性。
The concept, function and potential of APS (Advanced Planning System) are discussed. The APS technology can be divided into three kinds of modeling methods, based on simulation, based on mathematics and based on the theory of constraints. APS algorithm based on the bottleneck restriction is presented. This algorithm has three steps, planning for bottleneck resource, forward planning and backward planning. Finally, with an example, it illuminates feasibility and practicability of it.
