摘要
论述了虚拟仪器技术在现代汽车传感器测试中的应用问题。针对汽车用速度和相位传感器的测试要求,以三坐标移动及高速高精度信号转动机构组成测试台的机械结构,采用激光光幕传感器进行间隙测量,用光纤传感器进行信号轮的标定,用数字示波器进行传感器信号采集,并采用Labview进行了系统软件的开发工作。结果表明,采用虚拟仪器技术进行试验台的开发工作周期短、成本低、开放性好。
In view of virtual instrument technology Application in testing of automotive sensors, the test requirements of automotive speed sensors and phase sensors are raised. Based on virtual instrument technology and Labview, a test bench for automotive sensors is developed. The test bench is constituted with three axis, high speed spindle and highly accurate angle encoder, laser instrument and optical fiber sensor and digital oscilloscope. The test result indicate that the test bench can efficiently and stably work.
