综合考虑运动仿真结果的曲柄滑块机构的优化设计 被引量:5

摘要 利用MSGC软件对曲柄滑块机构进行解析设计,可以获得几个解析解。通过对这几个解析解运动仿真,分析了曲柄的位置、速度和加速度以及连杆的转角、角速度和角加速度。结果表明,增大偏距和连杆长度可以减小滑块的加速度和连杆的角加速度。根据仿真结果,从中选择最佳设计方案。MSGC软件大大降低了设计、仿真的难度,提高了设计效率及准确性。 The crank-slider mechanisms are designed parametrically based on by MSGC and some analytic results were obtained. By simulating their movement, slider's location, velocity and acceleration and link's turn angle, angle velocity and angle acceleration could be analyzed. It is showed that slider's acceleration and link's angle acceleration could be reduced by increasing the setover and length of the link. Based on the results of simulate, the optimal design project was selected among them. The difficulty of analysis can reduce consumedly by using MSGC and the efficiency and veracity of analysis can be elevated.
