摘要
基于ME的齿轮铣刀刃型CAD/CAM能有效地提高刀具制造精度、齿轮加工精度和刀具耐用度。文章论述了刃型设计、加工轨迹计算方法和在CNC工具磨床上修磨尖齿铣刀的工艺方法。加工试验表明,用相同齿数的渐开线G代码文件替代铣刀,使铣刀数量减到最少;消除了齿形误差和仿型系统误差,使齿轮的齿形和齿面加工精度提高了(2~3)级;铣刀的耐用度提高了(2~4)倍。
CAD/CAM of form milling cutter of gear based on Manufacture Engineer(ME) improves the precision of cutter edge curve and manufactured gears, and prolongs the life of cutter. In the Milling cutter CAD/CAM, the ME software is used to establish 3-D modling of cutter, process simulation of cutter manufacturing and program automatically for CNC cutter grinder. The methods of edge curve design, tool-path calculation and manufacture processing of cutter on CNC cutter grinder are discussed. Machining examination indicates that precision of manufactured gear tooth increases by 2~3 levels by eliminating the error of cutter edge curve and profile modeling system, and the life of cutter increases by 2~4 times.
