摘要
采用有限元法计算了直串式轴系和分支式轴系的扭振固有频率及其在冲击转矩作用下的转矩放大系数,与集中参数法的结果相比较,验证了用有限元法分析轴系扭振问题的可行性。最后使用有限元法计算了某钢厂冷轧机主传动轴系的扭振固有频率和转矩放大系数。
The nature frequency and the torque amplitude factor of torsion vibration of simple shafting and gear-driven shafting are calculated by using finite element method, the validity of the finite element method to calculate the torsion vibration of shaft system is testified by comparing with Lump mass method. Finally, the torsion vibration nature frequency and torque amplitude factor of a rolling mill are calculated by using finite element method.
