摘要
提出了在齿轮测量中心上对弧齿锥齿轮齿面偏差进行测量的方法。依据切齿加工过程,建立齿面模型并规划齿面测量网格区域,计算得到被测点的理论坐标及法线方向;在国产齿轮测量中心上对真实齿面测量后,利用曲面匹配及相关补偿理论,得到实际齿面在法线方向的真实偏差;验证了测量方法的可行性和正确性,为弧齿锥齿轮的数字化闭环制造技术奠定基础。
The measuring method and data processing of tooth surface deviation based on gear measurement is presented and investigated. On the basis of the mathematic model of tooth surface generating, the coordinate value and normal direction cosine of measured points, at the tooth surface, and the three-dimension map of tooth surface is partitioned and produced, are calculated. After the measuring experiments in JD45 have been done, the real normal direction deviation of tooth surface is obtained by means of the curved surface match principle and the related theory of errors compensation. The results of the measuring comparison show a good agreement. The programme gives support for close-loop technique of manufacture.
