Semantics-Oriented Metadata Model and Its OWL Representation

摘要 元数据在国内依然是一个研究热点。本文面向基于语义的信息资源共享,就如何利用人工智能领域内的本体理论,建立用于描述信息资源语义及其之间关系的元数据模型进行了研究;基于给出的元数据模型声明了一个具体的学校实例,并使用OWL语言对其进行描述;初步实现了基于元数据模型的信息资源元数据描述模版和描述工具原型。 Metadata is still a hot topic for information sharing. It usually does not support information semantics management. This paper orients to semantics-based information resource sharing, and focuses on the design of a integrative metadata model by using the ontology theory in the AI domain. The metadata model is used to describe the semantics of information resources. We present a specific instance of school based on the rnetadata model, and then represent it using OWL. We also use the metadata to implement the metadata specification template of information resources and the prototype of metadata description tools.
