摘要
绝大多数的金属和合金都是在受热时体积膨胀,冷却时体积收缩,但因瓦合金由于它的铁磁性,在一定的温度范围内,具有因瓦效应的反常热膨胀,其膨胀系数极低,有时甚至为零或负值。由于因瓦合金具有低膨胀系数这一特点,在航天航空、军事武器、微波通讯、彩电阴罩以及石油运输容器等中得到广泛的应用,因瓦合金也是21世纪倍受人们关注的合金。
The majority of metals and alloys expand when they are heated and contract when they are cool.Because of ferromagnetism of Invar alloy,it has the abnormal effects of thermal expansion in a certain temperature range. Coefficient of expansion is very low, sometimes it is even zero or negative value. This characteristic will be used widely in astronavigation,military weapon,micro-wave communication,color TV vmendosures,petroleum transportation container and so on.Invar alloy will become a concern alloy in the 21st century.
