摘要
目前,籽棉的装车及棉花加工厂籽棉的转运过程中还没有合适的机械设备,还要辅以人力来完成,生产效率大受影响。为此,参考码头散货抓斗,设计适合抓取籽棉的抓斗,一次可抓取400 kg籽棉,实现自动化装载,以节省人力,提高效率。
There is not an appropriate machine that can be used for loading cotton in cotton field or in the transportation of cotton plant for processing.The original loading must he assisted by manpower,which greatly influence on the productivity.Therefore we＇ve designed a grab bucket suitable for grabbing unginned cotton based on dock bulk grab bucket,400 kg unginned cotton can he grabbed one time,which realizes automation loading,manpower saved and high efficiency.
