摘要
介绍可伸缩带式输送机的工作方式,分析带式输送机的启动过程中动载荷的变化,比较了几种加速度控制曲线的起动特性,得出采用延长启动时间,并连续均匀加、减速方法来实现软启动。
We introduce operating mode of telescopic belt conveyor, analyse the variety of the dynamic load and contrast of the starting performance under several acceleration curve to conclude the implementation of soft-start with extending of start time,acceleration,and deceleration.
