摘要
为解决深井固井顶替效率低的问题,开发研制出了由高分子改性悬浮剂、硅藻土和加重剂组成的DCG-150型高温隔离液。该隔离液抗温达150℃,密宦可在1.1~1.8g/cm^3之间自由调节,具有良好的悬浮稳定性和流变性,失水量可控制在50mL以下,与水泥浆和钻井液的相容性好,有刊于提高固井顶替效率,有延缓水泥浆稠化的作用。在大庆油田15口深井的固井结果表明,该隔离液的隔离教果明显,有利于提高固井顶替效率。
A high temperature spacer,DCG-150,was developed using a high molecular weight suspension agent,diatomaceous earth and a weighting material,for the effective displacement of cement in deep wells.This space was stable at 150 ℃ and its densities were adjustable between 1.1-1.8 g/cm3.Filter loss of the spacer can be controlled less than 50 mL.The spacer had good compatibility with cement slurries and drilling fluids,improving the displacement of cementing slurries.The application of this spacer in 15 wells in Daqing oilfield was satisfactory.
