摘要
为满足高温井固井对防气窜水泥的特殊要求,研制出了一种高温防气窜胶乳水泥浆体系。胶乳由苯乙烯(St)、丁二烯(Bd)、聚乙烯醇等制备而成,具有稳定性好的特点。介绍了胶乳的制备条件,室内评价并分析了胶乳的高温降失水性能、耐温性能以及胶乳水泥石的性能。利用美国CHANDLER公司7150型气窜模拟分析仪研究了胶乳水泥浆的防气窜性能。通过用X′Pert Pro X射线衍射仪分析水泥石受不同腐蚀介质腐蚀后的组分变化,研究了胶乳水泥浆的耐腐蚀性能。
A new cement slurry treated with a latex was developed for the special requirements imposed by high temperature cementing.The latex,synthesized with styrene(st),butadiene(bd) and polyvinyl alcohol,has a very good stability at high temperatures.This paper introduces the conditions under which the latex is prepared,the laboratory evaluation on the high temperature filtration,temperature stability and the performances of the set cement containing the latex.Using the anti gas channeling simulator Model 7150(Chandler),cement slurries treated with the latex was evaluated against their performance of anti gas channeling.The corrosion tolerance of the said cement slurries was tested using X' Pert Pro X-ray device.
