中空玻璃微珠低密度钻井液性能探讨 被引量:10

摘要 随着油田的发展,对钻井液密度的要求越来越高。为此,探讨了玻璃微珠对钻井液密度、流变性、润滑性和稳定性的影响,并且讨论了玻璃微珠本身的强度和回收性。结果表明,玻璃微珠加入到钻井液中能明显降低钻井液的密度,并且能将钻井液流变性能保持在适当范围内。此外,该钻井液还具有润滑性能好、钻井液稳定的特点,更为重要的是其具有耐用性能好、易分离、可以回收利用、降低使用成本等特点。 This paper discusses the influences of hollow glass spheres on the density,rheology,lubricity and stability of drilling fluids,and the strength and recycling of the glass beads.Addition of hollow glass spheres into drilling fluids reduces the density of the mud which still has an acceptable rheology.Drilling fluids treated with hollow glass spheres have good lubricity and stability.Moreover,the glass spheres can be re-used for several times thus reducing the mud costs.
