摘要
顾桥1117瓦斯抽采一号井是为解决采煤的安全问题,同时为把"危害"煤矿工人安全的瓦斯气利用为新能源,专门针对排放瓦斯气而实施的第一口抽采井。该井设计深度为1400 m,水平位移为835 m,要求在煤层中至少穿越80 m。该区煤层呈粉煤灰状,裂隙多,煤层破碎,可钻性差,极易因煤层坍塌、缩径、漏失而导致卡钻事故。施工中通过采用强抑制防塌聚合物钻井液体系,并配合屏蔽暂堵技术,满足了该井对井壁稳定、润滑性能、井眼净化、防漏堵漏及保护煤层等方面的技术要求,全井无任何复杂和事故,井身质量符合设计要求。
The Well Guqiao-1117 is first fuel gas well in which the produced fuel gas is used as an energy resource.This well has a depth of 1400 m,with a horizontal displacement of 835 m,of which at least 80m penetrates a broken coal bed full of fractures.Use a strongly inhibitive mud,combined with temporary plugging technology,the well was successfully drilled: the wellbore was stable,hole cleaning was ensured and mud losses in the fractured coal bed were under control,and a gauge hole was successfully drilled.
